| GUITARIST &
LEAD SINGER Laurence Marshall got his first guitar at the age of 12. Marshall is known
for his versatile guitar talent as well as songwriting abilities. In
addition to a sweet 1973 Gibson Les Paul Custom, he also plays a Strat,
a Telly, and a handmade Johnston acoustic guitar. A beat up Fender has
been his faithful amp through hundreds of gigs. In addition to Laura's
White Earth project, Marshall has a new album compiled of
original material in the works for 2003. | |
| LEAD SINGER Laura Frazier
has been singing for over 20 years. She has two contemporary Christian
albums under her belt and has released a third this year. This
2003 album, titled White Earth, features original songs
that are the result of a collaboration with Marshall. Laura's
musical influences stem from rock, pop, gospel, and folk music. Her
rich, jewel-toned voice is fluently versatile in all of these genres.
When she's not singing or writing new songs, Laura is busy with her two
daughters and working as a teachers aide at an elementary school.

VOCALIST & KEYBOARDIST Diana Marshall's sweet, lilting harmonies add
much to the band's distinctive sound and wide audience appeal. She is
quite possibly "the cheerfullest person in the band!" Aside from also
playing percussion instruments (she plays a mean tambourine) and
keyboard pads, Diana is the booking/contact person for FLYER. Click here to receive information
about booking FLYER. |

| 21-year-old BASSIST Jenny Marshall first picked up the bass
guitar when she was 10. When asked what comment about her playing she
has heard the most, she laughs and replies, "You don't play like a
girl!" She runs her 1974 Fender Precison bass stereo through a 300 watt
Kustom bass amp and a Fender Bassman. One of her favorite bass
players is Paul McCartney. Gear she wishes she had: a Rickenbacker
4003. When she's not playing her bass, Jenny divides her time between
work, college, and her two horses. |

DRUMMER Paul Marshall first climbed behind a drum set when he
was 6. Now that he's 19, Paul has developed a sophisticated style all
his own that includes advanced double bass pedal techniques. His
favorite drummers include Mike Portnoy, Ray Cooper, Mick Fleetwood, Alex
Van Halen, Neil Peart and Gene Melendraras. Like most drummers, Paul is
one of the most energetic people you'll ever meet. His enthusiasm is a
driving force behind the band's great sound. When he's not drumming,
he's building computer networks and working with Linux. |
